Privacy Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Inyovision Palawan (“Inyovision”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We process personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Who we are
Inyovision Palawan, Room 2, R and M Commercial Building, Abanico Road, San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan 5300, Philippines. For any privacy question or request, email official@inyovision.com or call +63 910 135 4400.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit a form (contact, business assessment, calculators, scorecard or an InyoCheck request): your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, website, job title and message, plus your answers to the tool you used and your consent choices. If you request one of our free guides, we ask for your first name, email and (optionally) business name; requesting a guide means you agree to receive it and a short series of follow-up emails with practical fixes, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Booking a call. When you book a discovery call, the booking page is provided by our CRM platform, HighLevel, and the details you enter there (such as your name, email, phone and chosen time) go directly to it.
- How you found us. The page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source). This is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days and is sent to us only if you submit a form. - Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly, in a one-way scrambled form, to limit repeated submissions and protect the forms from abuse. It is kept for no more than 10 minutes.
- Your cookie choice. Your answer to the cookie banner is stored in your browser for 180 days, so we don’t ask again on every page. It contains only the choice and its date.
Using our free tools without submitting your details does not identify you: the answers are calculated and returned to your browser without being stored.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are visited and whether a tool was completed. It uses cookies and collects device, browser and approximate location information, but we never send it your name, email, phone number or the details you type into our forms. Analytics stays off until you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Inyovision AI chat
Inyovision AI, the chat assistant on this website, answers questions any time. The messages you type are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. Before anything is sent, the website automatically removes email addresses and phone numbers from your messages, and they are also hidden in the conversation on your screen. The conversation is kept only in your browser tab and is cleared when you close it. If you choose to send us your details from the chat, a short summary of what you asked about (without personal details) is attached to your inquiry so our team can help you. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat. The assistant can make mistakes; our team confirms anything important.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare recommendations or a proposal you asked for (based on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before a contract).
- To understand which of our channels and campaigns bring inquiries, so we can improve them (our legitimate interest).
- To send you occasional insights, only if you ticked the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website and forms secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, HighLevel, where inquiries are stored and followed up;
- our website hosting providers: Railway, which runs the website on servers in Singapore, and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects it;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, to tell people from automated spam when you submit a form;
- Anthropic, which provides the AI model behind Inyovision AI, the chat assistant on this website (see “Inyovision AI chat” below);
- Resend, which delivers the website’s own system emails, such as password resets for our staff;
- Google, for website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (no form data is shared with it).
Some of these providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
- A copy of each form submission is kept on the website only so it can be delivered to our CRM. It is removed from the website 30 days after delivery — or, if it could not be delivered, 30 days after you submitted it.
- In our CRM, we keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship or a legitimate need, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- The “how you found us” information in your browser expires after 90 days, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already happened. To use any of these rights, contact us at official@inyovision.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), stores form data only as long as described above, and limits access to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
